Singing a song is fun to do...

Camille loves singing to herself. I've found her doing it a lot lately so I thought I better get it on camera. Our camera isn't the greatest with videos so she's a little hard to hear.

A Week in Washington with the Wildings

It's been almost a week since we returned home from Washington so I thought it was time to give a run down of our fun week. I really really wasn't looking forward to seven plus hours in the car with two little ones, however don't underestimate the power of a second-hand portable DVD player! Seven dollars WELL SPENT! (On the trip to and from the girls were AWESOME...I complained a little though.)

Spending some time with the babies:

Riley, Natalie, and Haiden... or was it Haiden, Natalie, and Riley...I don't remember

The 2009 crop
Natalie, the Twins, and Payson

Playing with cousins is so much fun!

There was a lot of dressing up:
The 2007 crop (minus Evi)
Alli, Lexi, Millie

I love Lexi's face in the picture! Mil is busy looking at all her pretties!

Nothing makes Thanksgiving like FOOD! Oh, we loved every bite!

The 2 year old table:
Nattie's first Thanksgiving dinner:
(If you make a yummy face anything tastes good!)

Mouths full of desserts:

Besides getting up EARLY on Black Friday and having a blast shopping, I fed Nattie J some prunes. (Oh yes, they work!)
Multiple Sister-in-laws said to just throw the jammies away. However, I had spent too much money on Black Friday to be able to afford the luxury of replacing them. I got the pleasure of "fixing" them. (It worked and they look as good as new! Seriously SO GROSS!)

Friday was also Grandpa Ron's Birthday

Bekah & Audrey made him this AMAZING cake:

He seemed to like it!
Saturday, Bekah hosted a craft day. We had some great girl time and let the menfolk tend to the children.
The girls showing off the "Wilding Women Super Saturday Craft"

Somehow Brad got ALL of this to fit in our car on the way home... (Plus the two children)

Once we got home the Christmas decorating began. Natalie is prepared to kungfu you if you come near our tree!

Hope your Thanksgiving was wonderful. Now bring on the lights, music, presents, snow, giving, reindeer, gratitude, crazy shoppers, spirit, family, and all the other wonderful blessings of the Christmas season!

Oh Boy...or should I say girl!

Once again Camille has proved her femininity!
As you probably know Camille has a love for all things SHOES. She's constantly raiding our shoe basket. If you come over she will tell you you need to take your shoes off. (Not because she's worried about the carpet but because she wants to try on your shoes!)

We went to get her some new Sunday shoes and there was NOTHING her size. However, I found the clearance section where there were some cute little sandals for a dollar. Being the sucker that I am we got them. (Now, they will match at least one of Mil's Sunday dresses, so not totally frivolous, the only problem is there's snow on the ground:)

When we got home Camille was dying to wear her shoes. (She actually took her nap with them on).
I helped her get them on and she said, "Oh something is hurting."
My reply was, "Where is it hurting?"
"Right here," pointing to the strap.
"Oh, well let me fix that strap," I apparently need a lesson on using Velcro.
"No, it's okay if they are hurting. I can still wear them!" Spoken like a true women. Who hasn't sacrificed foot comfort for fashion?

It was BEAUTIFUL outside...

for a minute, so we went out to play. Camille wanted to play basketball. Yes, complete with crown and "pretty" shoes. (Hey some of the "great" NBA players dress up I.E. Dennis Rodman)
Hey is this rim regulation height?

Opps wardrobe malfunction.

Nattie enjoyed sitting on the lawn.

She tried eating grass,

leaves,

weeds,

and Big Bird.

oh a Dandelion...probably the last one of the season.

We will miss you warm weather!!!!

Who came up with this chair:

FHEeeeEeeee

For FHE Grandma Donna and Grandpa Ron hosted a Halloween party. Complete with gross things to eat, fun games, and pumpkin carving. Here we have an octopus, a snorkeler, a shark, and a little starfish.

For some reason we didn't think to snap a picture of Grandma and Grandpa. They looked good. We didn't get a picture of Ryan and Tara either but they're white trash! (Really they were white trash.)

We had a great dinner which included body parts!

Who doesn't like fingers and eyeballs?

Grandma keeping Natalie occupied while we were carving pumpkins.

Millie supervised Daddy, told him what to carve then ran off to play until the final product was ready.

Camille wanted Maleficent from Sleeping Beauty. (Good choice because she is scary!)
Daddy was able to pull it off.

Nothing grosses me out like MICE....so I made my pumpkin super creepy!

Wanna go "camping"?

Brad and I have always enjoyed camping. It donned on us that last time we went camping was when I was pregnant with Camillie. Brad decided we were going to take the girls camping this weekend!

Yes, the tent is in our basement!

Setting up camp (I'm glad we had a tent because it was raining!)

Camille showing Dad EXACTLY where she wants her sleeping bag!

Testing it out....seems to be right!

Nattie J not sure exactly what this thing is.

Waa la the girls first camping trip! (Okay, so Natalie actually slept upstairs in her crib but the rest of us camped!)

I know you're wondering what you do when camping in the basement. Well, you watch Mulan and eat rice crispy treats (Gotta have marshmallows when camping) then turn in for the night!

Eye've been feeling a bit crafty

So I made some Halloween decor.
Made the girls some new hooded towels.

And made Camillie's Halloween costume (No pictures yet...We're waiting until our Halloween party....you'll have to check back next week.) I think I"m going to start Natalie's scrapbook, now that she's already 6 months old!

Game Time

Camille loves when Wyatt comes to play. I'm glad she can have such nice friends. Here they are warming up the game paddles so the adults could play some serious Mario Kart!

It's been six months since Natalie joined our family and we're sure glad she did!

Golden Birthday

28 and feeling greatWell it's been 2 weeks but I thought I better share how the birthday went and brag about Brad a little. I spent a normal day with the girls (okay I had the chicken pox and I got birthday cards in the mail but other then that it was normal.) But Brad came home and we decided to go out to eat. (I know I was risking exposing people to my illness but I wanted a fancy burger dang it!) Red Robin in Idaho Falls leaves much to be desired. Next time we'll have to try Five Guys Burger and Fries!

On the way home Brad said, "Oh there's something in my wallet for you." and pulls out this:

I've been wanting a Rigby Library Card since we moved here but they cost $ because we live outside of the city so I never bothered to go get one! Needless to say I was giddy! Brad did GOOD and could have stopped there but didn't!

We were getting ready for bed and I went to check on Mils when I came back there was a present on the bed. I opened it to find this:

IT'S A LABELER....okay I know I'm a total nerd but I've always wanted one. Now I walk around the house just looking for things that need a label!! (Is it okay to label your children?)

Then I was told to look in my nightstand to find this:
Now when I take pictures or videos with my phone I have a way to get them on the computer! Perfect because I've got some cute pictures of Nattie J and Millie that need to be accessible.

All in all the birthday was great and Brad definitely made me feel special and is a great gift giver! I hope he draws my name for Christmas. :)
