Round Two...SPROUTS

I love sprouts. I think they are SO yummy! I was thrilled when we did an enrichment all about sprouts. Did you know you could sprout and eat any type seed? (There is only one kind that is poisonous, I can't remember the name because I'd never heard of it before.) I found the whole thing fantastic and decided I'd go home and try sprouting. Brad is my guinea pig and has gotten to try a few different kinds. He really likes the peas. I'm a fan of anything that tastes good on a sandwich! Here is the process:

Step one: Get some organic seeds. I like the alfalfa and radish. Although I'm trying broccoli for the first time.

Step two: Soak the seeds for about 8 hours then drain.

Step three: Rinse seeds 2 to 3 times a day for 3-5 days.

Step four: EAT

You are amazing! And I love sprouts too, maybe I should learn how to "make" them!
